There are many Realtors who can sell your home, but there are few who are true problem solvers. When problems arise, most Realtors have few resources at their disposal. Kelly is great to work with. She is very professional and did a great job selling our home in about 30 days. We thought about listing the home ourselves by owner for the cost savings. But when you factor in that you still need to pay the realtor that brings the buyer, the cost of listing it yourself and the fact that many buyers don't want to deal with a for sale by owner, it just didn't make much sense. Kelly was fantastic through the whole process! We sold our home with her and from the get go she was always available, she helped me pick out everything to stage fromm wall colors to shower curtains! I have had a few homes that I have bought and sold and have never run across such a great Realtor as Kelly Michelson and the Michelson team. In my experience the listing agent has never gone to far to show the house after it was listed, they would just list it and the others do the work and show up once in a while. When listing my home with Kelly she took control very fast and efficiently and made us feel good about our situation. The House was showing immediately. I tried to sell this same house around 2.5 years ago and we had just a few people come through in 6 months. We had showings for weeks with Kelly until we would get an offer. I noticed her team was coming through with their clients as well. We went through 3 buyers and it finally sold. This was a long process because of the short sale and during the process the Bank sold the loan. Kelly was always there to make sure everything was moving along and keeping us emotionally together. The effort put in by Kelly and her team was just phenomenal. Kelly became a friend through this process and I trusted her from the beginning. We had conversations or texts from as early as 7am or at 9pm. She was always attentive and responsive to our every question and concern and keeping us informed. I must mention one of her team members Jane who helped with the Banks. I hired my own attorney that could not keep up with the bank and the short sale process and a team member Jane took control and made things much more efficient and expedited things all the way to the closing of the home.
